1. Agreement
By accessing or using Zairemarket (the "Platform") at zairemarket.vercel.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. The Marketplace
Zairemarket is a marketplace that connects independent African beauty makers ("Vendors") with customers. We facilitate orders and payments between customers and Vendors, but each product listing is created and fulfilled by its Vendor.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Orders & Payment
All prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR). When you place an order you agree to pay the total shown, including delivery. Payment is processed securely by Paystack. We may cancel a pending order that we are unable to fulfil and we will restore any reserved stock automatically.
5. Vendor Terms
Vendors are responsible for the products they list, including accuracy, safety compliance and lawful sale. By joining, Vendors agree to a platform commission on qualifying sales and to fulfil orders promptly. Zairemarket may remove listings that breach these rules.
6. No Unlawful Use
You agree not to misuse the Platform, attempt to interfere with its operation, copy or scrape listings, or use it in breach of South African law, including the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.
7. Intellectual Property
The Zairemarket name, branding and Platform content are owned by us or our licensors. Vendor names and product images remain the property of the relevant Vendor.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zairemarket is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under South African consumer protection legislation.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page, and continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
